Pravin is a great host!

I should say that the stay felt even more beautiful that what it looked in the pictures with an addition of good air circulation around and plenty of plants.
Any amenity, you name it and you have it available. Pravin is an awesome individual, very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this stay to relish the peace like at home.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Pravin’s place! From the moment we arrived (Late Post Midnight, with LOTS of Luggage), he was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Whether it was recommendations for local spots, quick responses to any queries, or just ensuring we had a comfortable stay, Pravin went above and beyond as a host. He kept the basic necessities for our child which was a very good gesture.
The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hospitality truly made a difference, and we felt at home throughout our time here. Highly recommend staying at Pravin’s place for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

Oh, Where do I even begin?
Pravin is an exceptional host and he embodies Athithi Devo Bhava like no other! I stayed over for 4 months+ and the house felt like home and Pravin took every effort to make sure it stayed that way throughout. He was extremely attentive, proactive and prompt to my needs and queries and made sure I had a comfortable experience. The 4 months went by in a blink and left me wanting to extend my stay for a few more days simply because I wasn't ready to say goodbye yet :')
The place is well planned and religiously maintained keeping up with the standards of Pravin. His eye for detail is seen and felt around the property and is something to be appreciated. The property looks just as it does in the pictures, in person, inside and out. Should you feel like something is amiss, Pravin is just a text/call away to sort you out, diligently so. I wish I could write more, but I seem to have hit Airbnb's word limit.

Mr. Pravin's place was a very comfortable stay. He reached out to me before our start date. He offered to buy us anything we needed because he was on his way out. Very hospitable. Our bedroom has a big cupboard and a drying rack. The kitchen had a big refrigerator, all the required pans, utensils, crockery , electric stove, and an induction stove. The entire place was also clean. We couldn't interact much with Mr. Pravin because we had a packed schedule but we took his advice for everything we had to do locally.

It was like staying at home . Parvin has been proactive in explaining the things (kitchen gadget and other item for use). He has been extremely helpful and responsive to our needs In fact we have end our trip little early due to certain unavoidable circumstances. Parvin was kind enough to refund the amount to us. Host is very friendly. We had a wonderful stay for more than two weeks. House is spacious, comfortable and modern. We were particular about home cooked food and the kitchen had all the required utensils & facilities to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Pretty nice locality with cosy house setup. Fits excellently well if you're a seasoned backpacker and looking for a home like stay.

I came for a training program in Chennai and I must say that the experience has been one of a kind!! Mr Pravin has been a wonderful host with his friendly nature and the home is cozy and welcoming. Mr Pravin went out of his way to tie a cute little swing for my kid who loved to play amidst the greenery!! His suggestions for parks and local shopping were spot on !! Will definitely visit it again if I happen to visit Chennai in future. To round it up, amazing stay with comfortable house and a great host !!

Excellent host , clean surroundings and a warm homely touch

The place exuded genuine warmth and was very inviting. The room was tastefully decorated , shows a owner who has put heart into the home.
Pravin was always at hand to guide on travel, food options and other small things. His recommendation for some Indian street food option was spot on.
The reception and check in process was straight through. The room was well set and welcoming.

Right from start to end. Pravin is super hospitable, warm and super helpful.
Post COVID this is our first stay outside and safe to say, it is one of the tidiest place. Pravin ensured that the house is sanitised and clean throughout.
You can Netflix, chill, cook what you love and spend quality time with your friends and family. If you are lucky enough you’d get to have his signature dish, NaraHari. Stay there to find out what that is!

This is place is the best one could expect in Chennai. I would say even in India! I was in Pravin's place for 45 days with my parents and they are senior citizens. This review might go really long, so I would like to mention the highlights :
1. Squeaky clean and beautiful house to live in!
2. Beautiful kitchen with all kind of Utensils and facilities!
3. Enough space to move around and a very rich decor!
4. I can bet that we cannot get a place in Chennai where the summer can be this pleasant!
5. Prime area in the center of the city and almost every basic/daily needs stores are in walkable distance.
6. Pravin, a very friendly and approachable host and a good guide in almost everything!
7. I need to tell that the size of bathroom was just wow and very comfortable for the elderly.

Pravin's place is actually a 5 star home even though he calls it a 4 star. His home is truly beautiful and his hospitality is way above being 5 star.
He sent me the location link two days in advance which made me reach his place easily by Uber. He came to receive me after that. Check in was extremely smooth.
He went extra steps ahead and showed me his house and briefed me on the amenities there. All in all you will find all that you require to be available at his place and his bathroom is loaded with whatever you need.
His home is not only beautiful but also a comfortable one as Pravin made my stay at his place very memorable by making me feel at home. The room is fairly large and so is his bathroom. My stay there was surely very comfortable.
He is a great person to have a conversation with as he loves to talk and loves others to talk as well.
He also dropped me to the airport as he was going for his morning jog, even though the airport was a bit ahead of his destination.

We (me and my wife) stayed at Pravin's place for almost three weeks .. Pravin is an amazing host .. he helped us in many ways especially since I had just undergone a minor surgery.. the place is reasonably well located .. the home is tastefully designed with a nice bedroom with a huge attached bathroom, a nice kitchen and a dining area.. Pravin allowed us to use many amenities like washing machine, terrace .. overall it was an enjoyable stay and look forward to coming back again! Strongly recommend staying for anyone..

HOME! This is the best way describing my experience staying at Pravin’s place! He’s the perfect host easygoing and thoughtful. I was traveling alone in India for the first time and he helped me from the first moment, making me feel part of the family rather than an Airbnb guest. Not only he came to pick me up to the airport and helped me in every possible way to get a local SIM card (which is not an easy task!), he was also providing delicious food every morning for breakfast prepared by himself and/or by his lovely family living upstairs. The room is really nice, simple and has everything you need, also an ensuite toilet is really convenient. The neighborhood is really authentic you’ll see a lot of families and local shops and you can easily get a tuktuk or cab to get everywhere in Chennai. If you want to visit India and be embedded in local life staying at Pravin’s place is the best choice!

lot, he keeps working on the shortcomings in that department.
Recently, he discovered the need for idli plates and procured them for

My hubby had a job posting at Chennai away from our home base. We were
looking for a cost-effective and long-term solution to help him settle
down. We had already spent a bomb for a 2-week stay at a 3-star hotel.
That's when I decided I should give Airbnb a try and stumbled upon
Pravin's listing.
The living space (bed and bath) - The room itself is very spacious -
huge cabinets, queen-size bed (gives a good sleep), laundry basket,
yoga mats, just like what the pics say. Bathroom is luxury - spacious,
neatly maintained, well-lit, hot water, shampoo, shower gel,
toothpaste, bedsheets/towels (changed weekly), toilet paper, pretty
much everything that is provided in a star facility and required for a
traveller. The room is located at the north-west corner of the house
surrounded by bamboo and yard space that makes it super-cool. That we
have not used the AC during all our 6-week duration should say the
rest.
The home - The home is the key differentiator compared to a regular
star outfit. Apart from car/bike parking, Pravin offered the full
kitchen, laundry/iron, of course at a small add-on price, which are
not even listed offerings in any star facility. I used to purchase
groceries and have our meals cooked just as I would back home. Our
families used to even exchange dishes. I washed our clothes in the
washing machine and dried them on the terrace. As a long-term "homer"
and considering our needs, Pravin was very flexible with a whole lot
of other things giving us the perfect home atmosphere. As a whole
package, Pravin's home was indeed "as good as my home". Btw, Pravin's
home is eco-friendly too. All the food waste generated in-house is
composted using an automated process.
Cost and other advantages - The 3-star hotel charged us more than
twice as much as Pravin's home. Centrally located in the city,
Proximity to hubby's workplace, Knowledgeable and resourceful host are
some of the other advantages I see.

The home is very calm and safe. Pravin sir was very friendly n approachable. Home is also near to Koyambedu bus terminal.

Staying with Pravin was pure pleasure. We arrived late cause our Flight was delayed, tired and quite hungry after a long day traveling. Pravin tried everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. He started cooking eggs for us even if it was after 11 pm! His warmheartedness and hospitality was just amazing. We immediately felt welcomed.
The room is simple but has everything you need and especially the private bathroom connected to the bedroom is luxury. Everything was clean and provided. Towels, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, AC and Fan.
We just spend one night at Pravins place but he helped us with the whole trip ahead of us. Even the communication before our arrival via Mail/Airbnb was reliable and uncomplicated. We could ask him anything about Chennai and what to see or where to go. He also had very useful tips for our trip further south and which bus companies are best ;).
We enjoyed our time with Pravin and at his place so much. It is really a little home away from home. Pravin is an extremely caring, smart and easy going person. Our stay could not have been better. We can absolutely recommend him and his nice flat to others!

The place was so peaceful secured with compound and gates, ideal for good car and bike parking. The house was well maintained and I love the way everything was organised.
