I had a great stay at this place for a week. Pravin was very active throughout my stay, as he was quick to respond to my queries. He even suggested me some hotels in the area, which turned out to be really good. He was keeping in touch frequently to ensure that everything was fine. The property looks exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The cooking essentials are well-equipped. The location was also fine. I was really satisfied with my stay. It is definitely worth a try. I recommend it.

Great private studio for a single person or couple visiting Chennai.

My stay here was wonderful. The host Pravin is friendly, accommodating and responsive. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I ended up extending my stay.

I definitely enjoyed staying at this place. Pravin is a great and friendly host who’s always ready to help. The check-in process is super easy and flexible, the location is great for getting to downtown, and all the delivery apps work here. There are two big malls, each just 10 minutes away, and the neighborhood is nice and green!
The only downside I noticed was the noise from local sellers on the street, but closer to the evening and through the night, it’s the quietest place!
I stayed for a month, and Pravin provided a kettle and always refilled my water bottles at my request, which was really nice. He is truly invested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. The yoga mat was also a nice bonus for a remote worker like myself :) I had everything I needed for a long-term stay and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

Comfortable and convenient

It's my 3rd time staying here and I would love to visit the same place whenever I am in Chennai.

Comfortable and Peaceful stay. We stayed for around a week and had no trouble during the stay.

He was always ready to help and always checking if everything was alright or if I was in need of anything… the shops were at a walkable distance and I was able to cook small meals. Thank you for the lovely flat it was spick-and-span. I wish I could stay longer or booked this property instead of the airbnb in Injambakakam.

Pravin was an excellent host, the check-in was seamless and Pravin was very kind and helpful to take care of the smallest of things. He is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The linens and everything else that was provided by Pravin was clean. It is a place that is very beautifully built and there is plenty of room for ventilation and is well lit even if this is on the ground floor. Pravin is also very prompt in case you have any questions or need help getting around. It was a very pleasant stay and perfect for two people. Another plus point is that the place is very well located, the market is at a walkable distance and everything is easily available. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Chennai.
